At Logonix Corporation we're dedicated to providing superior customer satisfaction and our employees and Affiliates, where applicable, are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. Earning and maintaining your trust is extremely important to us, as we value your business.

The purpose of this notice is to explain what Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI") is and inform you about how we at Logonix Corporation use such information to provide you with telecommunication products and services that best meet your needs. While we train our employees and Affiliates, where applicable, to ensure they uphold the protection of your personal information, you have the right to the protection of your confidential information and it is our responsibility to protect that information.

What Is Customer Proprietary Network Information?

It refers to and includes information that we have about you by virtue of our relationship with you as your service provider. This includes information about your account usage such as the type and quantity of the services you subscribe to, and other details about your use or call plans. Call detail information includes the date, time, call-to location, number called or the number the call was received from, and minutes and charges of the call. Use of CPNI is subject to federal laws and regulations with which Logonix Corporation is required to comply.

How Does Logonix Corporation Use This Information?

We use CPNI to help us service your account when you call us with questions, to guard against fraudulent use of our network, to provision our services, or to generate and collect your bill. We may also use it to recommend other products and services to you. For example, we are able to use your usage records to recommend a plan that may be better suited to meet your needs. The CPNI rules recognize the value of our use of this information to serve you and permit our use of your information provided we safeguard it from unauthorized disclosure. We want to assure all of our customers that we have practices and procedures in place to keep your personal information safe. Under federal law, you may restrict Logonix Corporation from using your CPNI when we wish to market to you certain products and services you do not currently purchase from us. CPNI includes the type, technical arrangement, quantity, destination, and amount of use of telecommunications services and related billing for these services. With your permission, we can use CPNI to offer you additional products and services that are governed by the Federal Communications Commission, such as those of our affiliates, which will best meet your needs or may save you money. For example, we might use your CPNI to offer you High Speed Internet options or other telecommunications services offered in the future.

How Is Logonix Corporation Restricted From Using My CPNI Today?

Logonix Corporation is prohibited from allowing us to market our services to you, but only if you object. Allowing us to use this information will make it easier for us to offer suggestions about new products and services to help you get more out of your existing service, or to assist you with your other telecommunication needs. Our employees have the duty to safeguard your CPNI as we do.

Will You Allow Anyone Else Access To My CPNI?

We will never disclose your information to unaffiliated third parties not working for us without your prior consent except to initiate, render, bill, and collect for services provided by Logonix Corporation. However, there may be instances when Logonix Corporation may access or disclose CPNI without providing you a choice in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Logonix Corporation, our Affiliates or their employees, and agents (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of customers or members of the public including acting in urgent circumstances; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process such as a subpoena.

If I Want To Object To Your Agents And Affiliates Using My CPNI, How Do I Contact You?

If you would prefer we cease using your CPNI for the purposes for which permission is required, then you may "opt out" that is, you may instruct us to use your CPNI for the limited purposes outlined in this notice. That is your right and it will have no effect on our existing relationship or the services that you currently receive from us. However, it may make it more difficult for us to communicate with you about new offers and features. Any decision to "opt-out" will remain valid until you affirmatively revoke it. If you wish to opt-out simply contact us during normal business hours by calling us at (309) 836-7343. Unless you notify us, we may share your CPNI with authorized personnel as described above beginning 30 days after the first time we provide you with notice in your bill or through other Logonix communication methods. We value you as our customer and appreciate the opportunity to serve as your Internet and Telecommunications Service Provider.
